Great location.
Posted 2 Jun 2018Great location. Quiet. Good check in. Communication with owner is excellent. NO access to steam and sauna rooms, owner did not provide keys.

Pros: As mentioned above
Location: Right in the centre of Richmond, reachable from the airport by sky train. Large number of restaurants to choose from.
Ideal for large family or couples that want to have spacious living area and cooking and laundry facilities. 2 bathrooms make this rental ideal.

Great stay in Benco

Posted 18 Sep 2016 on OrbitzYou should not advertise this as an airport hotel. They have no shuttle, no secure place to leave luggage, no front desk and I had to tell them exactly when I would be checking in after dinner.

Don't stay at Benco - you'll never get in...
Posted 2 Sep 2016 on HotelsWe could not stay at the hotel because it was not a hotel. It was a residence pushing their apartment on your site. There is no parking, or any way to unload bags. There is no "front desk". The so-called "contact" did not answer her telephone and her voicemail was full so we couldn't leave a message. We ended up staying at a wonderful Sheraton a couple of blocks away. We highly recommend that you remove Benco from your site.

Great Family Stay
Posted 7 Jul 2016Benco's communication was great. Camella answered all of our questions before and during our stay and let us check in early. We also met Linda at check out and she was so friendly.
It was one of the best places that we've stayed at. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for us. The view from every room was great and the location of the place was so convenient.
