Convenient location, room had no heat and was cold and ultimately, slept in my car. It was warmer and quieter. Based on other reviews my expectations were not very high but it didn't even meet those for the price.

Hi Tim,Oh no that's awful! You are correct though - we had the boiler turned down because earlier in May it got warm and then when we tried turning it back up for this cooler weather something broke and heat was sparse or absent. I am sorry this happened and impacted your stay. Plumbers are here as we speak with a fix, but I know that doesn't help our weekend visitors. We'd love to welcome you back though - no one is cold in our units in the summer!

Check in was great, front desk person was awesome, though for price could have a small fridge in the room, I reckon?

Tv didn't work heat was non existent, and very tiny thin blankets.. cold cold stay

Large amount for damage deposit and haven’t received it

Hi Patricia, our standard policy is to hold credit card authorizations for 5 business days, so if you paid by credit card, you should see the return of your deposit to your account in the next couple of days. Sorry for any confusion, and thank you for staying with us!
