The motel did not receive a booking from me so I had to pay again. Better not get charged twice.

You have NOT been charged twice as I explained to you many times over. Before spreading false information, please call Expedia and they will gladly tell you when you make the booming the credit card is NOT charged online, it is only used to hold the room. Check with your credit car company as well, I guarantee you that you have only been charged once. Thanks,Management

You get what you pay for, air conditioner not working, they compensated with a big fan. Weather was cool so it wasn't a problem, I could have asked for a different room but didn't.
No TSN on cable so I had to go to the pub to watch my football games.
Overall the room was clean everthing worked (except the air conditioner), I give it a 6 out of 10 but I probably won't stay here again.

The beds were very comfy, which is most important when you are just staying the night. A little TLC and paint, it would be a great little spot. The owner was very nice. Thanks, Karen

Shameful Motel
Posted 28 Sep 2022 on HotelsThe upkeep of the property is awful. Broken doors, frame work of windows broken and in one room the light was also not working. The Manager showed me another room which was same in terms of other condition but lights were working. The towels are rugged and would turn you off. Floor was dusty.

I personally investigated the issues you mentioned in your review. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the windows or doors. The front desk mentioned you didn't know how to unlock the door so she showed you how, that doesn't mean there is something wrong with it. We gave you a recently renovated room and I personally inspected the cleanliness and it was spotless. We tried our best to accommodate you and the front desk staff even went as far as showing you different rooms to chose from.

The only thing this property had going for it was price and availability. The management tried to make things work but the staff was tired and overwhelmed with customers asking for thins like clean bedding workin fans etc
