"We arrived a couple days early for our cruise. Check in was a breeze the staff at front desk were excellent. Unfortunately we arrived the day before Hurricane Lala showed her face. The hotel power went off then on for a bit and back off. The elevators were not working and they let us take the service elevator to go down from 26th floor. Breakfast was still being served and we were able to have breakfast in the dark but staff was great. We asked at the front desk if we could stay an extra night as the port was closed and we could not board as planned they were very accommodating considering the situation . The happy hour on the 35th floor was amazing. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Honalulu."

"Wonderful property, my first impression was check in. Best check-in experience in my life. Cane was efficient and made me feel so welcomed. I had already had a tough day with my 2nd flight being cancelled due to weather conditions so I was not in the best of moods. Regardless I was treated with the up most professionalism and kindness. Thank you Cane for bringing calm to the chaos!"

"Liked the location near the airport and the fact that they had free shuttle 24 hours. Older outdated rooms like the window A/C that was very noisy and the bathroom fixtures. Bed too soft for my liking but clean and nice location for us by transit. Thanks. I do need my receipt for this unexpected stay. Hotel said Expedia would provide the receipt."
