Excellent staff, dealt with any issues quickly, great room with large terrace. Very quiet yet only 5/10 mins from the busy streets of Valetta.
Took the breakfast option when booked and it was certainly a good choice. Set us both up for the day ahead. Breakfast staff efficient and extremely friendly.
Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Valetta.

The Staff were incredibly warm and kind.
Taking their time to explain the location and providing helpful recommendations.
Special shout out to Rhea, Raja ,Mayan, Winnie and Rolian in the breakfast room (who made the best Cafe Latte! :-)
Location-wise, this hotel is in a perfect spot.
Close to most of the notable sites.
Potential improvements:
Perhaps more milk sachets/portion pots for tea and coffee in room
As for the TV-there is an array of international channels, however there could be an English News channel as opposed to Court TV and one other (perhaps we missed this channel)
Breakfast is wonderful and prompt.
However, there was no room service. (perhaps too busy or understaffed) which is understandable due to high tourism.
All in all it was a wonderful stay in this hotel.
Would recommend for anyone wanting to visit Malta!

The location of this hotel is amazing. We had a room with an enclosed balcony and it was lovely.

The staff is friendly and out going. They were able to answer all of my questions. The hotel is clean and they have a delicious breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
