Modern Nirvana

We had an amazing stay! Very friendly and helpful staff Beautiful views from the room and excellent amenities. Flats had plenty of room and were very clean and quiet. Pool and spa area were great.

Beautiful location and lovely spa. Extremely noisy all day from before 7am until after 7pm due to extension/building works so definitely wouldn’t recommend until this is complete as it was not at all relaxing with constant noise. Modern but a bit soulless.

Hi Claire,
thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you like the location and the spa.
Unfortunately your information about the construction site nearby is not very precise.
The works on the site never start before 7am and stop always at 6pm or even earlier.
We inform all guests already during the reservation process about the works, so everybody should know about the construction site, which will completed within mid of November.
In this phase of works it's absolutely not true that you heard a constant and extreme noise as you mention. Most of the works (laying floors and tiles, assambling furniture, assambling the boiler room, etc) are inside the adjacent building, so noise is limited and there are many silent hours during the day.This is also confirmed by hundreds of guests who have not complained about the noise. However, it was not completely silent and sometimes you heard definitely some noise.
All employees are encouraged to adapt to the guest needs to communicate and to communicate with the guest as much as the guest wishes. Depending on the feedback received, the employees communicate more or less with the guest. Unfortunately, we did not had the impression that more communication was desired.

I would definitely recommend this property. Super modern with very clean rooms. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. The views are amazing!!

Thank you for your comment. It's true, the hill is steep, however we can assure you that in case of snowfall snowploughs are working well so that streets are clean at any time
