No cumplió mis expectativas

Mi experiencia en el hotel no cumplió con mis expectativas. El hotel como tal es muy bonito su arquitectura y decoración son de lujo, sin embargo carece de amenidades y el servicio tiene mucho que mejorar, pareciera que la comodidad del huésped no es la prioridad. Las únicas amenidades que ofrece son la alberca, el gimnasio, su restaurante y el transporte al centro de San Miguel, aún así no pudimos disfrutar de ninguna de ellas ya que la alberca aunque es hermosa no tiene calefacción y está en plena entrada del hotel por lo que todos los trabajadores pasan por encima de ti mientras estás bañándote, solicitamos el servicio de transporte y no tenía conductor disponible y por último intentamos comer en el restaurante y un plato vino frío y el otro crudo, un menú muy limitado y calidad que no está a la altura de los estándares gastronómicos de San Miguel de Allende. En cuanto a las habitaciones el aire acondicionado no nos funcionó, bajamos a las 2 am a solicitar apoyo ya que los mosquitos nos estaban comiendo y la intención de ayudar fue poca, aún y cuando estaba con mi bebé de 18 meses. Espero puedan trabajar en mejorar y poder llegar a estar a la altura de los principales hoteles de San Miguel Allende, tienen mucho potencial que no están aprovechando.

Would not stay again solely due to the noise. You hear everything through the walls, including any chair that moves upstairs on the rooftop starting from 7am-11pm. They have loud music playing until 11pm on the rooftop but yet no one is ever there. The restaurants are almost non existent with people in the evening and and poor service. Nice setting, but little to take advantage of throughout the day and night, including room service etc. This place should shift into a bar/restaurant because it’s very uncomfortable to enjoy with the noise, does not make sense as a hotel and there is nothing to do all day.

Beautiful and chic

Beautiful and chic boutique hotel. Playing loud music all the time in rooftop bar/restaurant which can be heard in the rooms. Away from town center.

This is a dishonest place. They way way over charged me for an extra night. Dishonest people and i talked to manager. Don't stay here.
