Hot water kettle in room, but didn’t work. Tea bags provided, but no coffee. Room seemed clean, but everything was a bit worn. HVAC controls didn’t work. Felt like a session of Bikram yoga

Quite a nice hotel, a little further out of the centre of town that ideal, but taxis are readily available! Quite a large cost to use the Spa which I thought was excessive and sadly the gym was closed - my husband would have liked to use it.

Disappointed with lack of facilities
Posted 28 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe booked this hotel over others because it boasted a pool and a spa and after a very long drive that’s exactly what we needed
We requested a double bed but got twins
When we asked about using the facilities we were told we couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold and the spa was only open at the weekend
None of this was explained in the hotel information

The property is beautiful, very clean, very modern, good food in the restaurant, nice pool and the staff was fantastic! It is a little out of the main area of touristy things to do but easily walkable or you can take a bus so no problem there. Great stay, thanks!
