One of our favourite hotels.

We use the Ibis Valladolid regularly. This visit we found they were refurbishing the lobby and restaurant, due to be completed end of November 2023. Despite the works, we were accommodated for dinner and breakfast as normal. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are excellent. We will return next year.

A great choice of hotel for travellers.

We have stayed here a few times already and were happy to stay again. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. We use an accessible room which suits our needs. The restaurant offers a small but varied menu which we enjoyed for dinner and a good buffet for breakfast. All in all, an excellent value-for-money hotel in an ideal position for our travels through Spain.

Great value for money. The front desk staff were very welcoming, helpful and spoke English which was a great help. Thank you for being so welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.

You get what you pay for

Functional hotel for overnight stop Next to large warehouse so lots of trucks moving around in early hours But clean and comfortable Breakfast was poor no hot food But you get what you pay for

Going downhill!

Stayed here several times prior to covid, this visit was an unpleasant surprise. Bedroom showing signs of age and water leakage stains on ceiling. Reception and dining areas looked dirty with dirt and grease smeared on ceiling tiles and a general feeling of neglect. Evening meal and breakfast again were a disappointment with an increase in price and a definite reduction in choice, quality and amount, It appears that the hotel is trying to recoup losses by reducing standards, We will think twice before we stay here again, not the worst hotel we've stayed in but definitely going downhill
