Great experience. Great location. Most staff friendly. A couple people at front desk seemed apathetic and didn’t bother to acknowledge or give eye contact on way in or out. Not a big deal. Very clean

The manager is a conceited person with no respect for people's complaints. When trying to communicate with him about the noisy atmosphere he became defensive and abrupt. I was blatant enough to tell him that the place was a mierrda

El cliente demostró en todo momento que buscaba cualquier excusa para conseguir un descuento. Forzó mediante una extraordinaria mala educación a todo el personal de recepción para tratar que le respondieran mal y así poder hacer una queja formal. Se quejaba de ruidos en una habitación contigua que resultó estar ocupada por una pareja mayor y que no hacían ruido ninguno.Sospechamos que, o bien es una persona con las facultades mentales perturbadas o estaba buscando desde su llegada un descuento sin justificación objetiva. De hecho, cuando se le propuso cambiar a una habitación más tranquila, lo rechazó porque dijo que solo aceptaría un descuento.
