It has nice curb appeal, bed topper was comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre, decor very worn and dated, ceiling pealing in the bathroom, carpet snag in the middle of the room. Walls were very thin! Could hear people walking and talking above us and in the hallways. Location was great. Nice staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 7 kayakers drawn to town because of the wonderful Niobrara river. Like many outdoor enthusiasts we care about the enviroment. We were therefore appalled at all the styrofoam used in the breakfast room! We hated that the cups holding coffee that we consume in 20 min will persist in the environment for hundreds of years. Please consider using paper table service--that would have our stay perfect.

The walls between the rooms were not adequately insulated. The guests in the room next to me checked in late, talked on the phone for two hours and had two dogs that barked frequently during the night. Maybe got three hours of sleep.

Check in was fantastic. Room window ledge had several dead insects and had not, recently, been cleaned.
