"Staff is super professional and kind! Both in the breakfast room as well as in the reception! Room was incredibly beautiful with a stunning view of Sultanahmet! The rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served it’s breathtaking! The hotel is located near everything you need and very close to the Gran Bazar, Sultanahmet square where there is a Tramway stop that gives you the opportunity to get everywhere without any stress. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know not only because of its location and beautiful features but because of its wonderful staff as well! Mirco "

"We were greeted, despite our 2:30 am arrival, with a small snack and a friendly hello! The decor is great and we really enjoyed the lobby and first floor common area. All the staff treated us so well including great recommendations. Part way through our stay we got upgraded as well. The daily breakfast was a nice mix of local foods and familiar staples. We loved eating the simit and pekmez/tahini mix. The location is great with a minute walk to the T1 tram line. The view every morning of the sea on the 5th floor terrace was worth the trip alone.
