The rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served it’s breathtaking! The hotel is located near everything you need and very close to the Gran Bazar, Sultanahmet square where there is a Tramway stop that gives you the opportunity to get everywhere without any stress. "Service: We were upgraded to a new room at our request; we stayed in room 104 for 5 days. Daily cleaning. Cleanliness. No tobacco smell—the room is truly non-smoking. Safe. Windows overlook a shopping street—if you want peace and quiet, Istanbul is not for you. The port is nearby, and the terminal is across the street. The embankment is a long walk, a couple of hours. Breakfast includes cucumbers, tomatoes, 5 types of cheese, and drinking water. Coffee and tea are available all day. The reception staff are very welcoming—they speak English. We ordered a transfer, and they met and saw us off. A great 3*** hotel. Thank you."

"I had a pleasent stay here, all the front desk staff were lovely and very accommodating. The only downside is the street noise at night, it’s very centrally located steps away from Galata tower so can’t really complain! I would suggest booking a room facing the rear side or the building. "
