A good hotel in a central yet peaceful location. Metro and bus connections are just a 4-minute walk away. The breakfast deserves special mention for its great variety and quality. Room was quite small, the room next door was being used as a staff room so was noisy throughout the day and night while staff were coming and going. Breakfast was ok, limited other options around the hotel so was needed. Location wise, this was our first time in Istanbul and the hotel isn't as centrally located as you'd think, long walk to the touristy areas and restaurants.

I loved staying at this hotel, one of the best hotels in Istanbul. I came here after staying at a different place that wasn’t clean and seemed unsafe I’m so glad I transferred here. The staff are very helpful and amazing especially Giġdem she made sure my kids and I were happy and had everything we need. I will definitely book here every time I come Istanbul!!

Hotel was good, clean, location is nice, breakfast was good, was also good for dinner. The staff was SPECTACULAR! I had an accident during the trip and the hotel manager was amazing, he arranged everything (ambulance, hospital, translated..), the entire staff was always there to help, they really made the difference! I have no words to describe this team of people, they are above and beyond.

Hotel is clean. We must say that hotel staff was very well-behaved. Room is small. Very limited amenities in bathrooms.
