The staff is great! The rooms are fabulous & clean!! Also they are having lotiz lounge on the 7th floor wich is so perfect! You don’t need to go outside to chill & relax! Also about the hotel the staff are very helpful at any moment or time! Thnx Zurich hotel staff for making our stay soooo nice!! Thnx for borrowing the wheelchair, y’all helped me and my mom so much!!

Unos Sinvergüenzas

Reservé y pagué por adelantado la unica Suite Presidencial que tienen en el hotel como sorpresa para mi mujer. La sorpresa me la lleve yo cuando al hacer el check in y llegar a la habitación vi que era una suite de categoría muy inferior, obviamente arruinando la sorpresa. Al ser por la noche nos respondieron que no había ningún manager y para solucionarlo teníamos que esperar al día siguiente. Al día siguiente, el manager habló con nosotros 1 minuto y dejó al cargo de la situación a la Sales Manager del hotel que se comprometió a llamarnos con una solución antes de las 18:00 (hora que plegaba). No recibimos ninguna llamada y cuando llegamos al hotel justo antes de las 18:00 nos dijo que no podían solucionarlo y que llamáramos a Hotels.com ya que des de un principio afirmaron que había sido culpa de ellos. Como solución nos dijieron que nos podíamos marchar y hacer el check out. Así que nos sentimos muy abandonados por parte de los managers del hotel ya que habían arruinado la sorpresa y tuvieron MUCHAS maneras y posibilidades de llegar a una solución o hacernos sentir mejor y no hicieron NADA. La verdad es que ha sido la peor experiencia en un hotel que hemos tenido.

Atendimento péssimo

Um hotel fantástico, porém o serviço oferecido de internet é péssimo e além de não ser rede segura até a TV parava de funcionar por falta de sinal, eu alertava a recepção e nada era feito, anunciam que têm funcionários que podem lhe atender em russo, turco, inglês e espanhol, eu falo espanhol e ninguém sabia e nem se interessavam em tentar ajudar e sorte que eu estava com um tradutor, apesar de ser um ótimo hotel em isntalações eu não voltaria mais.

Honestly, I was very disappointed in my stay here. I received the incorrect room. That room had stained carpet and smelled like cigarettes. I was told it was a non smoking hotel but there was an ash tray provided by the hotel in the room? The electricity would go in and out and the wifi was AWFUL. I would be disconnected every 5 minutes. The straw that broke the camels back is the refusal to refund me for a night I did not stay. And the pics look nothing like the hotel. Won’t be coming back

Great location for the hotel... the only reason why I stayed here was because of Lotiz which is an incredible restaurant on the 7th floor. The rooms were pretty good and they staff was clean and nice. Overall, great experience... it’s location is in the center of the city which is perfect!

Great property in the middle.. everything is around you. Very easy to commute, shop and great food all around. Check out the amazing 5 star restaurant available on the 7th floor of this hotel. Only issue I had was with this tall Egyptian dude wearing a suit.. he does not know how to talk to people. I think he was the manager but he is the worst I’ve ever came across. Terrible. Other than him everyone else as far as staff is absolutely amazing. I recommend.

Very good location. Staff helpfull. Huseyin give to the quest very welcome positive note. Lounge on the top super fun. Room very big . Only one thing bad who doesn't like loud music there is like in the disco :). All the best for hotel in total 10.

Except for the room and swimming pool, everyhing else was of extra charfe which was aweful. I was told of the breakfast hours when i check in but when i go to the brealfast hall the next morning, I was told that my package doesn't include breakfast and i may complain to hotwls.com where i originally made my reservation at. I asked for a single standard bed but was provided with twin beds which the cleaner later conjoined so as it will look like one. Given the amount they charged, i was not satisfied with my stay.
