"We had a very delightful experience staying at Divan, Istanbul. We arrived very late at night and had requested an extra rollaway bed for our room. Although the bed was not initially set up, the hotel staff quickly realized the oversight and immediately arranged for the rollaway bed to be brought in and set up without much delay. Understanding the inconvenience this might have caused us, they very thoughtfully sent a small snack plate to our room the next day, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic — situated right next to Taksim Square, it offered incredibly easy access to all the attractions, shopping areas, and eateries in and around the Taksim area. Whether it was a casual stroll down İstiklal Street or a quick hop to nearby restaurants and cafés, everything was conveniently close by, making it very easy for us to explore the city without needing much transportation. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. The swimming pool was a real delight — clean, serene, and a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We also had the opportunity to enjoy the Hamam and other wellness amenities, which were beautifully maintained and offered a truly rejuvenating experience. Overall, our stay at Divan Istanbul was memorable and full of wonderful moments. We would definitely recommend Divan Istanbul to anyone visiting the city and would love to stay here again on our next trip!"

"This property is wonderful, good location within the walking distance to the Palace, the pier and a lot of restaurants. The staff was a very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is a must have to try before you heading out for sightseeing. "
