Beds are MUCH TOO HARD. They feel like sleeping on the floor. Totally unacceptable.

Disappointing stay
Posted 21 May 2022 on HotelsTwo things let this stay down. The first was a leaking toilet and constant sound of running water as the flush mechanism had broken and kept me up most of the night. The second I had limited time for breakfast and when I arrived many of the food dishes were empty (bacon and scrambled eggs etc.) and the wait delayed my schedule.
