It had triple room which are scarce in Europe. It was clean and staff was very helpful. It is located right next to the bus station but you do not hear any noise

This was my second stay in a NH Hotel. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll book the same company for all my future trips.

Mostly the hotel is good.
But small things blurred the general impression.
the hotel does not offer 2 bottles of free water (
the staff refused to bring a plate with fork and knife without buying the food (

Arrived 2:30pm, check-in 3pm. Supposedly no rooms with king or queen bed available. After almost 24 hours of travel had to take a room with 2 single beds. Front desk staff not very friendly or accommodating. Overall, the front desk staff didn't speak very much English so it was challenging to communicate. Google translate helped but I think because we weren't local people, they didn't care. I've stayed at other NH hotels but this was the most disappointingt

Perfect location, near to the main park that you can have easy access by walking to the old town.
