This hotel is great for a short vacation or business trip... conveniently located, clean, friendly staff, etc.
Only thing I would improve is internet access (my room had poor wifi signal)

Convenient locationwith good transport links; stylish and comfortable public areas; friendly, helpful staff. Room was starting to show a little bit of wear and tear and could do with touching up but otherwise, spacious, quiet and very comfortable.

Dog friendly room. Very clean and spacious room. the gym is fantastic with pull up bars and all other actual gym facilities. great walking location to main attractions

Outdated and unhelpful staff
Posted 2 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is very outdated and certainly not 4* quality. The rooms are very basic, bed uncomfortable and feel like they need an upgrade. We asked for an iron to use in our room and had to ask the staff repeatedly to then be told there was only one for the whole hotel. We were then told if we want one quicker we should use the paid for service. Not a response I expect to recieve in a hotel. Whilst we stayed, the hot water stopped working, this of course is something that probably was out of the control of the hotel, but the staff were unapologetic.

Very friendly staff, with great transportation. Swimming pool is open only during the summer time. something to keep in mind.
