the staff is awful. It took us over 30 minutes to get checked in for a prepaid room. Complete incompetence

DISCLAIMER: The staff was very friendly and accommodating for my 3 night stay. However the property is old and some of the amenities listed were not available. Check in was easy the clerk that checked me in was very nice. The room was a standard room with 2 queen beds so no complaints there. However our room never got serviced by housekeeping not even to give us clean towels. I’m not making a big fuss over them cleaning the room but we definitely needed new towels every day. They advertised laundry facilities but they were not available to me and that was one of the main reasons I chose to stay there so I wouldn’t have to take a ton of dirty clothes home. Lastly there were supposed to be vending machines on each floor. There were not and the one they had on the 1st floor hardly worked. Again the staff was friendly and accommodating I just don’t agree with the price that I paid with what the hotel had to offer.

Mold and gross and they had no blankets for the pull out couch I had to go buy one. Have to put a 100 dollar deposit plus play for the hotel.

When I arrived to the room I was told my reservation had been canceled due to nonpayment from Expedia. After sitting in the lobby and calling Expedia we learned that the staff were negligent or not trained properly on how to book reservations using the discounted rate through Expedia. However, The staff called his manager and she quickly walked him through how to book the reservation. This shows lack of leadership and lack of training on the management at the hotel. Overall the entire was very nice and helpful, in fact they always spoke and asked if they could do anything for you each time you walked by the front desk. The pillows on the bed were too soft and the room could use a good deep cleaning and minimal repairs. The AC/heating unit did not work properly and the mirror in the bathroom was propped up with rocks to hold it in place. Could add boiled eggs for breakfast. Other than that my stay was good.

Habitaciones oscuras, húmedas, y con mala presencia; nada era como en las fotos de internet: el aire acondicionado de la primera habitación que me asignaron no servía así que me movieron a otra; el agua de la ducha estaba fría; no me volvería a quedar en ese lugar, la experiencia no fue grata; encima cobran un depósito de 100 dólares y el lugar no es ni medianamente bueno…

Did the job. Stains on the sofa which I cleaned off so we could sit down. Mattress not the best but not the worst. Tub was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was nice. We has noisy upstairs neighbors til wee hours of the a.m.
