This hotel was nice and everything was great until we got charged twice and they wouldn't work with us at all - I booked a room with 4 beds and we were told we were good to go at night and then got charged for an additional room in the morning without having known that prior.

As we already explained to you on-site you booked a room for 2 person and you showed up in 4. Therefore we charged you for the additional 2 person and not for the additional room, which we gave you for free.

Family friendly hotel with excellent service. We enjoyed the meals, pool, and on site parking.

Amazing stay, best breakfast ever, will come back!
