Booked a room with a queen bed, was given a room with 2 double beds and no shower curtain or rod, when I spoke with the person at the desk, was given towels to put on the floor

Dirty, not cooperating staff, bad area, unsafe area, will not come to this place ever again

Avoid this place. At all cost.
Posted 17 Nov 2023 on HotelsThis is place a place for hookers and people having affairs. Somehow the most occupied period is at 4am. Then comes the staff, doing laudry at 6 AM. All the laudry machines are in the corridor. So noisy it's like having it right beside your bed.
Very bad service. Not pleasant nor welcoming at all.
Room is somewhat clean and renovated. Cheaply but still.... That's about it.

We sorry ready your comments because what you mentioned is not possible. You might mistake with another place. Because at first the front desk service is close at 10pm. Secondly, all housekeepers are left at 4h30 pm the lateness time. And finaly, any laundry was made at 6 am are customer staying at the hotel.
