I requested for an adapted room upon reservations and followed up by calling the hotel directly. Upon arrival they told me all their adapted rooms were booked and that there was no record of my call in their system when I was specifically told by the receptionist they see my request and they will do something about it, the room they gave us was too small for a wheelchair could not get around easily. Washroom pipes smelled could not shower/bathe. They offered us another room with more beds but was told the A/C does not work.

Bed sheets not changed not 1 but 2 of our beds! Pillow case had so many hairs on it & the cleaners only turned it around assuming no one will notice it. Didn’t even get a discount after 2 complaints

It had this smell, like old wet smell, probably from the carpet. That was it
