The staff here went out of the way to make our stay over the top! The vibe of the hotel was super cool! Would return again!

Provided what was required for a ski trip, straightforwardly with no fuss. Very comfortable, good food and friendly helpful staff

have stayed in many other 4 and 5 star hotels in Val D'Isere and this was the best by far and will definitely return

Mixed feelings
Posted 25 Apr 2022 on HotelsI have stayed here before and loved it. Service continues to be very friendly, breakfast is good, location is great. I had a room with two single beds stuck together with no comforter on top which was not ideal, the shower tended to flood the whole bathroom floor and I didn't have proper hot water my last 2 days so a slightly less stellar experience this time around.

Germain is my man, the best service ever!!! Seriously, anything even remotely possible for him to help, he would be straight on it and taking notes!
I am used to Pashmina at Val thorens, this is a very similar type of service and quality, for Val Disere it is your best choice. Make sure to ask for a balcony when you reserve the room
