Everything about the hotel was great apart from there not being any staff. I know it says that there are no staff but there is not anyone to even call if you have a question as the office is only 8-5 Monday- Friday.

Great value and really convenient

This is a great value. It's right near the Hurtigruten dock. There's a grocery store and many restaurants in walking distance.

Inadequate security- hotel and parking

Security very lacking. NEITHER exterior door nor the interior lobby door properly closed and locked.
