Extremely disappointed. The hotel needs urgent refurbishment. Service is poor and the management needs to take this on board . Good location and lovely old building which needs attention

A great 5 Star Hotel

A great 5 star hotel in Vadodara fantastic housekeeping, reception and management staff in particular Ms Seema who went out of her way to assist us which made us extend our stay for further 5 nights. Would definitely stay again in this hotel on our future visits to Vadodara

Clean, well decorated property. Very disappointed that no elevator for 3 story bldg. Plenty of surrounding area to add an elevator. Very difficult for elderly and those with disabilities or joint problems to go up and down 3 flight of stairs 2-3 times per day.
