Cleanliness of the resort was EXCEPTIONAL… but the food was MIDS at best..

Average food, French restaurant was terrible. Nice rooms and good service from the staff. Very noisy rooms due to construction next door.

We got the Fuego suite and it was a beautiful experience. The food is good and the service is exceptional

This resort is one of the best we’ve ever visited. The staff is exceptionally helpful and always greets you with a smile.
We purchased the VIP package, which included a designated butler, and Eric went above and beyond to make our stay special. Raquel and Miguelita also deserve special mention for their excellent beachside service, always keeping our glasses full.
The food at the resort is excellent, and I’m puzzled by any negative reviews about it. The drinks were plentiful wherever we went.
The beach is very clean, and the swimming pools are amazing.
Our room was nice and clean, with service twice a day, including fresh towels and a restocked minibar.
This is our third visit to Punta Cana and our first at Live Aqua. We initially thought this would be our last trip here, but we are already planning our return.
