"Eu e minha família gostamos muito! Ao chegar fiquei preocupada pq o ambiente da recepção nao é atual. Mas o quarto, cama, lençóis e banheiro limpos, novos. Chuveiro bom.
Gostamos da mini copa com micro-ondas, pia, frigobar e utensílios no quarto.
Café da manhã muito bom! Amei a área de lazer no terraço, apesar q não fui para usar a piscina. Ótimo cantinho para relaxar. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Voltarei se tiver oportunidade. "

"Achei o quarto com um bom tamanho, muito limpo, chuveiro maravilhoso e localização boa. Porém TV não funcionou, máquina de café quebrada, a cozinha não tem utensílios direito (não tem nem copo kkk somente xícara). Falta administração! Acredito que deve ter hospedagem melhor pelo mesmo valor."

"This is a well staffed and professionally operated property. Buffet breakfast with many options. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service and Wait staff also excellent.
My only complaint is that building is old and in need of some maintenance and upgrades. But having said that, I would happily return to this property."

"The hotel was modern and very clean. The front desk staff and the concierge were amazing, they were very friendly and responsive.
The location is excellent, you have shopping right next to the hotel and there's another mall almost across the street.
The view from the room was great, I had a great view of Guaiba Lake.
We paid for valet parking and it was worth it, never a problem. Just park in front of the hotel and turn in your keys.
I highly recommend The DoubleTree Hotel in Porto Alegre. I will be staying there the next time I visit Porto Alegre,"
"Pillows were stained, and smelly, sheets had hair and room service was non existent, breakfast was always the same items, loud air conditioning. Also everyone hears everything outside the rooms due to poor insulation on walls. Overall a poor experience. "
