Limpeza deixa a desejar

Em relação a estadia tivemos uma boa impressão no check-in, pessoal atencioso e local limpo e organizado. O quarto de casal que ficamos tem um bom espaço, porém a limpeza da cama deve ser primordial para quem se hospeda. Sem muito esforço, já vimos migalhas de comida por cima da cama e batata frita no chão. Travesseiro sujo e claramente amassado e lenço com manchas amarelas, nojento! Para surpresa, encontramos um brinco abaixo do cobertor. Solicitamos a troca de quarto e fomos atendidos

Para o valor está ok. O entorno do hotel é bastante insalubre, como não há estacionamento e o externo é do outro lado da rua, nessa simples passagem para atravessar há abordagens de moradores de rua, isso inclusive durante o dia.

Excelentísimo desayuno para el precio, con variedad y calidad, y las de la cocina no pararon de reponer y limpiar. La habitación fue buena y el servicio en general muy bueno. Hay que tener prudencia al caminar por la zona, pero fue muy conveniente que está cerca del centro y al lado de la terminal de ómnibus.

Muito barulho desde cedo, limpeza de outros quartos fazendo muito barulho, arredando móveis. Não sei se não estavam preparados para receber tantos hóspedes nesse dia, mas o café estava com poucas coisas, quando repuseram acabou rapidamente novamente.

LIMPEZA:O hotel apresenta boas condições de higiene. ACOMODAÇÃO: Deixa a desejar no tamanho do banheiro, principalmente abertura do box que dá acesso ao chuveiro, ou seja, banheiro capacitista, não acessível para pessoas obesas, não me considero obeso, porém, fiquei pensando e me colocando no lugar destas pessoas. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ: Deixou a desejar, faltava a maioria das coisas no buffet e a reposição muito lenta. ADMINISTRATIVO: Precisei de NF visto que estava a trabalho e não foi concedida, justificando que deveria solicitar pela rede hotel.com a qual não dá retorno e só fornece recibo. Resumindo, não terei o reembolso da Empresa e sai no prejuízo.

O cafe da manha e bem sortido e gostoso! O lugar escolhido foi bem estrategico , fui para fazer o.visto no consulado , que ficava a 10min de Uber. Chuveiro a gas bem quente, ar condicionado bom , nao dou 5 estrelas porque a acustica e pessima. Nao pude dormir ate as 2 da manha porque quarto de cima do meu fazendo muito barulho e arrastando moveis. Interfonei varias vezes para recepcao e nao resolveram o problema.

Na chegada a atendente na Recepcao foi muito ruim, relapsa, nao prestou atencao no cliente, nao olhou os dados impressos na reserva, alem de digitar lentamente os dados no sistema do Hotel.

O atendimento é bom, o espaço deixa muito à deseja

O chuveiro aquece e esfria várias vezes durante o banho sem ninguém tocar nos registros. O ambiente não foi nada silencioso para descansar, passamos a noite acordando por conta de barulho de portas batendo e pessoas falando, a acústica do quarto é péssima
