From room service prices, to the taste of every single item I ordered I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The staff was fantastic, but I did have a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with me to translate. I had a WONDERFUL experience.

Great place!

All great! Nice hotel if you have pets. It was clean, comfortable and due to pets were not allowed in breakfast you could take your tray and eat in your room. Only problem none of the employees speak Spanish or English, they only speak Portuguese.

I like the restaurant and space all around. What I did not like is that the roof top was closed so there was no space to sit outside for fresh air even if the pool was closed, they need to put some tables and chairs so people can enjoy the view or get some fresh air.

They are great! Great food and staff, I actually love in here. Too bad the swimming pool is closed :( but it would be nicer soon! Towels smells great! Amazing shower pressure and very safe. I’ll come back! Let me repeat, the staff is amazing! Same people from last year, this is even better! They have apparently low staff rotation!
