Great place!

All great! Nice hotel if you have pets. It was clean, comfortable and due to pets were not allowed in breakfast you could take your tray and eat in your room. Only problem none of the employees speak Spanish or English, they only speak Portuguese.

I like the restaurant and space all around. What I did not like is that the roof top was closed so there was no space to sit outside for fresh air even if the pool was closed, they need to put some tables and chairs so people can enjoy the view or get some fresh air.

They are great! Great food and staff, I actually love in here. Too bad the swimming pool is closed :( but it would be nicer soon! Towels smells great! Amazing shower pressure and very safe. I’ll come back! Let me repeat, the staff is amazing! Same people from last year, this is even better! They have apparently low staff rotation!

My second time I’m 2 weeks , first time internet wasn’t working properly, in my room , the second time door room is not closing properly , had to push hard to out back and close . Recommend clean couch to remove stain , room and reception area

When booking, I am sure I requested a room for 3 adults, as wee where staying a few hrs only, paid in advance, and somewhere in the whole process, either a mistake from Expedia in communicating, hotel received a request for ONE adult and we were asked to pay more! We did I expected Expedia to do a better job! Just disappointed not mad But I would like my money back for sure
