This is a well staffed and professionally operated property. Buffet breakfast with many options. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service and Wait staff also excellent. My only complaint is that building is old and in need of some maintenance and upgrades. But having said that, I would happily return to this property.

I really hate posting negative reviews but this hotel was extremely unfriendly to foreigners. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor and the toilet leaked water. I could have let that go because the price was fair and the view was beautiful but I really felt unwelcome here. One of the staff members was so rude that I actually checked out of this hotel early and stayed at the Porto Alegre Doubletree instead (Much cleaner and friendlier). Don't waste your money at this place. The manager seemed nice and apologetic and said I would be refunded for the four nights I didn't stay but that didn't happen either. They literally refused to refund my money for nights I didn't stay. I've never in my life been treated so poorly at any hotel.

Ao chegar, não tivemos qualquer ajuda para descarregar as malas. Estávamos com cinco malas e duas crianças. Reservamos o quarto mais caro, duplo, porém as camas eram de péssima qualidade. Informaram que uma delas seria queen, ao chegar, era uma de casal simples e com um colchão péssimo. As outras duas camas de solteiros também, com péssimos colchões. O hotel deixa a desejar pelo conforto.

Já é a terceira vez que ficamos nesse hotel de Poa. Essa última alguns pontos deixaram a desejar, banheiro com porta papel estragado, nosso quarto faltava a comodidade de micro ondas, e se diz petfriendly, mas apesar de cobrar diária pet, não gera nenhuma experiência pet.
