O Hotel fica na região central, como haviamos escolhido. Fácil acesso. As instalações são bem simples. No nosso quarto sentimos falta de misturador na pia do banheiro. Água muito fria. No quarto dos meus sogros, a tampa do assento sanitário estava suja. Reclamei, mas nao fizeram a limpeza. No mais, gostamos. Café da manhã simples mas tem o suficiente.

Horrivel, a segunda vez e a segunda horrivel. Dessa vez pior ainda pois faltou água no hotel. Hotel sem plano de contingencia. Estacionamento longe, pago e caro. Por ter reclamado da falta de agua me devolveram R$50. A primeira experiência ja havia sido ruim e por um descuido reservei pela 2a vez. Só use este hotem se não tiver outra opção. Eu adorei ter ficado no Letto hotel, todos são muito cordiais (recepcionistas e meninas da cozinha) gostei do sorriso largo de uma das meninas da cozinha, isso transforma o dia de uma pessoa. O quarto necessito pontualmente de uma recolocação de um pouco de gesso no teto mas isso em.nada interferiu na minha estadia. Chuveiro bem quente, banheiro dispõem de secador de cabelo e shampoo e sabonete. O café da manhã tinha: 4 tipos de pães sendo um de centeio, um mini cacetinho,.um pão doce e outro com glacê. Café, água quente e leite. Sachês de chá com várias opções se viu presente. Das misturas há mel,.margarina e chimia. Há yogurte e tem a opção de se por granola e aveia. Dois sucos sendo um de laranja e uva e água gelada TB. Presunto e queijo, ricota e goiabada, frutas: mamão, melão e banana picadinha. Há opção de ovo mexido e molho com.salsicha. Se tu não tiver muita frescura é o lugar ideal pra.ti, o quarto conta também com uma pia, pratos, talheres e copos além de um frigobar e microondas. Voltarei, muito obrigado pela prestatividade e gentileza.

Positivo: cordialidade no atendimento, quarto e banheiro grandes, café da manhã ok, microondas no quarto. Negativo: limpeza (tinha um gilete usado no banheiro, aranha e traça), roupa de cama rasgada, porta do frigobar quebrada, móveis velhos e desgastados.

Atendimento humanizado.

O atendimento foi incrível, a hostels.com, não repassou os dados da diária, chegamos tarde da noite, fomos super bem recebidos e tentaram da melhor forma resolver, nos liberaram o quarto e na manhã seguinte o hotels.com resolveu. Agradeço ao atende todo seu empenho. O hotel também é perfeito e o café é excelente.

O hotel fica localizado no centro histórico da cidade, possui restaurantes e supermercado próximos. O café da manhã era simples. A limpeza da acomodação deixava a desejar, a torneira do banheiro só funcionava a água quente e o secador de cabelo não funcionava. O ar condicionado era daqueles antigos e fazia muito barulho. O quarto e o banheiro eram amplos. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e atenciosos, mas a infraestrutura do hotel poderia melhorar.
