This is an old priority. You can’t see that in the photos, but there’s a lot of out dated furniture, equipment, etc. broken lamps, phone from 1970s, etc. some of it mountain Europe ranch style, but some is just OLD. The location is OK - 5 minutes from town and same to Martial Glacier. View of Ushuaia is great out front and glacier out back. Staff is SUPERB. Always helpful and kind. Breakfast is good, with quite a bit of options, but the 3 days we stayed… nothing changed - same things, same place. So overall, average. You’re not likely in town for the resort time, so go outside and just use the comfy bed, hot water with good pressure, and decent breakfast at a well staffed hotel.

Wonderful property located in a great location. You can hike to the glaciar and look over the port. Friendly staff.

Hotel is great. Staff is great. Great views. Hotel is a little dated, but really fits the snow and mountain type of atmosphere. It’s perfect

Entire property is very dated and don’t make any request of the front desk staff as the answer was always no. Very disappointing for a Wyndham hotel

The hotel is higher up on the hill/mountain with nice views of the city. One can walk to a nice tea shop and hike towards glacier jn 20 minutes. In order to do activities one always need to get in a taxi. Thats a major drawback. Taxi is not expensive at around $3-5 dollar per trip in Dec 2023. The hotel does require maintenance. The carpets smell and need cleaning/replacement. The bathroom fixtures are not in good shape. The quality of breakfast food wasn't great either. On postive you have great views from the dinning are and your room! The hotel.maybe a better choice during the season to enjoy moutain sports.
