No one at front desk for check in waited 20 minutes.

I liked the cleanliness, having a continental breakfast, and the stay was quiet. Being nitpicky, but they need new pillows and rooms need updated. But I will reiterate that the hotel and room was REALLY clean! One other down fall was the pool being closed. Would of been nice to know in advance that the pool was unavailable, that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.

The staff were helpful but not friendly. The gentleman who checked me in was annoyed or bothered. The room key stopped working multiple times and the lady who helped was abrasive about the situation. I received a lecture about not keeping my key in my pocket with my phone. I had never done that. The key just didn’t work. All she should have done was reset the key and let me go to bed. It was 1 AM.

Nice, large area in the back for trailer parking. Really nice breakfast area. Room was a comfortable size and clean.

Posted 11 Feb 2024 on HotelsWe chose this location because it had a swimming pool. The swimming pool was 62 degrees. The electronics (TV, radio, lights etc.) had no USB plugs for charging. The vending machines only took $1 bills no cards and everything was several dollars. The breakfast was minimal.

We are constantly striving to improve our service, as our pool was shut down due to repairs that needed our attention, so I apologize for the temps as it does take a bit to reach its temperature. We also do have blocks that could have certainly been given if had asked front desk. But I do want you to come back to our hotel and have a much better experience with us once again. Room was very clean and can tell they are working on updating the building and rooms. Enterance/lobby very clean! Staff were very friendly. Breakfast options were good for our family. Love the waffle iron.
