"Great and welcoming staff, rooms were very clean. The bathrooms are slightly outdated looking but worked fine. The room was very spacious also and the location was great."

"The hotel is located two blocks from Shinjuku station. It’s central but very crowded. We stayed in other areas in Tokyo and didn’t see any trash covering the grounds like we did in Shinjuku. The hotel is older and not updated in the rooms. The lobby area is nice and all the staff there are super friendly. It’s a very large hotel, felt very franchised versus being a personal stay. Rooms were spacious for Japan."

"The entire hotel was very clean including the room. Being located right at a train station was very convenient. The shuttle bus to and from Disney was quick and easy. The free amenities such as toothbrushes, and bath supplies were a great added bonus, and the free beer and sparkling wine after 2pm were the icing on the cake. There is a machine to exchange currency in the lobby and though it may not give the best rate, it saved me a lot of time when I was just trying to change a small amount of cash."
