Everything about our stay was top notch. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even when language barriers were hard, they made every effort to find a solution and answer questions.
Additionally, we were at the end of a king trip with our three young children, and staff was as kind and respectful to them as they were towards us. This is huge in my book. Thank you for such a wonderful end to our adventures in Japan.

The property & staff were wonderful. Expedia was terrible. Our flight was canceled so we arrived one day late. The hotel could not assist w/ changes to our reservation because we paid through Expedia. Expedia was impossible to get assistance from. Will not ever use Expedia again.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good, and the shuttle was very convenient.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a free shuttle bus service to the nearest train station, Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, and directions to the nearest bus limousine that goes to Haneda airport. They have a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor, also dry cleaning services. The hotel has a currency exchange machine in the lobby. Facilities are very clean and housekeeping was very through and efficient.
