This property is so cozy and clean. It’s conveniently located in uptown Charlotte. The manager Manny took really good care of us. I can’t wait to revisit.

The water was insanely hot. I lately burned my hand on the low setting. I felt that was not safe. My fridge was not cooling so the food I put in there was ruined. The hotel offered a food credit of $50 but upon check out it was not applied and credit card was charged. I had to call the front desk and was told that my credit card would be refunded. The room was well appointed and staff was courteous. My room had an excellent view of the stadium, you could literally see the game. The roof top bar was awesome and drinks were great. Depending on the floor you are on, you can hear the music from the bar which could be pretty intense. I was on the 17 th floor so no issues with sound. The female bartender did not play, fast and professional. Drinks were top tier! The restaurant Angelines was very cute and the food and drinks were great there as well.
The hotel was in walking distance to some great restaurants and the ball park.
