excellent location, great staff and service. good size room, comfortable bed, great shower. it was a bit noisy in the morning due to construction work nearby, but it was a minor '-'

The staff was super friendly and the facilities are pretty upgraded. Everything is at a walking distance of the center, we just didn’t feel super safe walking on the streets because it was really quiet around the area where the hotel is and we had to walk through a tunnel of sorts where all the shops are closed. The street where the hotel is, is super quiet. My review about not feeling safe has nothing to do with the hotel. It really is the streets we had to walk through to get to the center of the action…in this case the Grande Place. Again, the hotel itself and staff are wonderful

This hotel was in a great location, very walkable to shopping, the Grand Place and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Clean modern rooms, wonderful staff and 5 min from the central station.
Unfortunately we had a short stay and couldnt explore much but look forward to coming back!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful in giving directions. Room was cleaned sheets / towels changed daily. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to metro/ trains. Lots of restaurants around.
