I like everything about this hotel. The place was clean and the bathrooms also look spotless.
The best thing was the definitely the costumer service. Specially by Vilma at the front desk. She was patient, kind, and always happy to help. I will definitely recommend this place to others

What a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, management, and owners. I got delayed on my way into Imterlaken and the manager stayed a bit after closing to make sure I got in. Top notch hospitality!
This hotel is a perfect home base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Affordable and comfortable. highly recommend getting breakfast as part of your stay.
I will be staying here again next time I am in Interlaken.

Great location, 3/4 minutes walk from Interlacken West station! Room very small, but still comfortable and very clean! Staff very friendly and helpful. Great value for money
