Staff didn’t write my room number down, WiFi would not work for UK my number. Basic room but clean.

The hotel is nicely situated on the shores of a lake, in a small village surrounded by hills and mountains. The rooms are small but comfortable. There is no air conditioning but the windows open and each room has a fan.
The restaurant is large with an outdoors patio. The meals are well cooked and tasty with breakfast being particularly good.

Nice hotel...with no AC
Posted 17 Jul 2018 on OrbitzThe hotel is very clean and the staff is quite welcoming. The rooms are nice...but small. Just understand that there is no AC in the rooms. This is apparently very typical for Switzerland...so it’s not that this hotel is specifically lacking...just know what to expect going in.
The breakfast that is included with the stay is very good. WiFi is also included, however it had a tendency to be pretty spotty.

Pros: Location, staff, clean
Cons: pillow
auto light and evacuation in the toilets
Location: great Gym and sports centre nearby
I liked the hotel, overall, the breakfast is quite nice, but I do hope the restaurant opens soon.
Just on hick up, the pillows are so soft that if you require hard ones, you won't be comfortable sleeping.
I tried to put four together, but i'd suggest they offer two types of pillow. I did not sleep comfortably because of that
the automatic light in the toilets is also very noisy with the air evacuator, and it takes so long to switch off.

Posted 21 Oct 2016 on HotelsThe staff were really friendly and helpful going out of their way to assist and always with a genuine smile. They were the best thing about the hotel. The only problem we exprienced was noisy seminar guests who were sat outside one night so the noise woke us up.
