"Wow, what an experience. After five days in Sharm El Sheikh with the kids, I was ready for some relaxed luxury and the Waldorf Astoria Cairo delivered exactly that. From the moment you arrive, you’re enveloped in a sense of calm, luxury and seamless convenience. The staff are absolutely exceptional. Warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful, they go out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable and have everything you need. I really can’t praise them highly enough. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, understated yet luxurious, and incredibly comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Cairo, and for a longer stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience."

"El desayuno bufet no hay mucha variedad más que huevos , Salchichas y pan dulce, se necesita más personal en recepción porque pasa muy lleno a la hora de hacer el check in."

"I think this property will be great once they have everything in place. When my group checked in, the wardrobe was not installed so there was no place to hang jackets, the was not air conditioning in the room requiring us to have to open the windows which invites the noise from the downtown traffic in. The entry way smell like cat urine. The breakfast was great when it was fresh, but without heat under the pans the food became cold and rubbery by the end of breakfast. Maybe 11am is too late to offer breakfast?"

"Excellent staff from arriving through the front being greeted by the friendly door staff, professional front desk to staff in the restaurants and housekeeping. Breakfast in Culina was spot on with a buffet offering a great variety. The bars have a great range of drinks both alcoholic and non. The rooms are spacious clean, they get serviced twice a day, and are left immaculate by the housekeeping. Location is good with a museum at the back of the hotel. Also a 10 minute walk to downtown shops. I will recommend this hotel to all travellers to Cairo. I would stay there again "
