It was a great stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and service oriented. They give their best to make the guests happy. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The two restaurants and the lobby coffee offer local and international dishes at reasonable prices. The hotel is in the southern area ‘Maadi’, the GEM and the pyramid plateau are close and easy to reach by taxi. Around the hotel is not much to see and the corniche in front of the house is quite busy, day and night. Overall - I can highly recommend this house.

This hotel was exceptional. Everything was clean and new. The staff was very friendly and attentive but also gave us space to relax. The only downside is the pool closing at dark but it seemed to be that way through-out Cairo so maybe it's a law?

My family had a wonderful stay. This is a very safe hotel and has two very nice restaurants that are open late. There is also a Starbucks. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I 100% recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel!! Don’t think twice and book this hotel, you won’t regret it!!! Everyone who works there (EVERYONE) is super nice, helpful, attentive, friendly, and makes all the difference to ensure a perfect stay!!! The hotel is super clean, beautiful, pleasant, with a great location!!! Definitely, if I return to Cairo, I will stay here again!! A tip: Book executive rooms that have access to the lounge!!! Breakfast is also excellent!!! Thanks to everyone at Hilton Maadi Hotel!!

Absolutely horrid experience with this Hilton hotel and their customer service and I'm a gold Hilton member. What a waste of my time on the phone after my business agenda completely changed. They were not accommodating or understanding evethought they were giving an empty promises to solve my inquiry. Being platinum on Expedia didn't help at all with their way of "appreciating" my business. No way I would ever again plan to stay here!
