The location is perfect! Everything you need is within a 5-10 minute drive! We chose a room facing the Boardwalk water and that was a huge bonus. The breakfast is such good quality and the variety is unmatched. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We did not have hot water on the day of our arrival. Air conditioning was not working.

Weird place, didn't look like pictures, didn't have a real restaurant though advertised as if they did, and there was a sci-fi convention happening when we were there to whom they rented a "party room." That's fine, people should have fun, but we were in room 341 and the party was in 342 and there was NO WAY we would be able to sleep with all that was happening next door. They couldn't/wouldn't move us, so we literally had to leave the hotel at 11:20pm at night to sleep elsewhere. Horrible experience.

It was a nice room. I think they were working on rooms above us so it was noisy in the mornings. We also got stuck in the elevator during checkout time, but staff was quick and attentive to make sure we got out. Overrall a good stay.

The air conditioner was not working. The carpeting seemed clean but was old.
