Very impressed with restaurant, lovely staff, excellent service and my steak meal was cooked to perfection. Can certainly recommend The Clayton Hotel and will be staying again "

"There was an abundance of shopping options. The room was always spotless. The staff were all very helpful in whatever your needs might be. Although we weren't there on business, they certainly appeared to be set-up for any bususiness situation requirement."

"Enjoyed the porters - Antony is great! The outlet in the bathroom did not work which would have been appreciated. The sustainability option was used on the door for no cleaning but then staff still came in unexpectedly and didn’t love that. We would have put our belongings away had we known staff would enter. "
