Check-in instructions were not provided in advance and communication was delayed; I had to arrive without clear guidance. Once on site, the check-in itself was quick and the staff member was friendly. Inside the apartment, only one bath towel was provided, with no hand towels or kitchen towels. There was no iron, ironing board, kettle, or basic kitchen cleaning supplies such as a sponge...

We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

"Location was excellent for fun attractions for families. The condo was clean, well-stocked and as pictured. If you like firm beds the one in the master is spot on. My husband loved it; I prefer a softer mattress which was found in the room with 2 beds. So, there is sleeping options for any type of sleeper. We would stay again."
