They need more varieties for the breakfast. The coffee needs to be more warmed. They need to have microwave in the rooms or at the lobby.
We have to throw away all left over food.

Very mixed feelings about this hotel. I would give it a 5/10 (maybe 4.5 or 5.5 out of 10 even). We chose a room with a King bed but it's just two simple bed put together which gives more like a queen bed. I asked to upgrade the room thinking they had bigger beds (we were 4: me, my wife and two kids) but they told us the bed size is the same in every room.
When we arrived, we had to ask for the bathtub to be cleaned up because it was dirty and the toilet smell like pee. They sent someone to clean but the stains remained in the tub!
The pool area is amazing though. Pool is clean. Staff is very friendly!
The best part I think is the buffet breakfast. A lot of variety, food is good and staff is friendly.
The reason why the hotel gets a low rating it's because cleanliness and comfort are non negotiable.
