Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and perfect. The staff at night were very friendly and nice.

Had issues two nights in a row with rowdy guest. Cops were called. The front desk guy said it was taken care of. The next same issues occurred. Didn’t sleep two nights in a row. Asked if I wanted to change rooms at 11:30 at night. How about you remove the guest who are causing the disturbance. Not a mother and her child. Poor management. Never called me on this issue. It was brought up to three staff members.

Very nice hotel but no extra blankets no room service and limited staff at dinner time

Coming in the front door to check in there were 4-5 gentleman just outside the door smoking. Immediately greeting me at the desk was a young lady that I expressed my displeasure of entering the hotel thru the smoke, she shrugged her shoulders and made a whatever noise. I drove to the backside entrance to avoid walking through the cigarette smoke. Got to my room and the AC did not work, nor did my fridge. I stood at the counter for about 5 mins and finally an employee came into the building. Not even clocking in first, he helped get my room changed. However, that fridge also didn't work, and I had to ask the desk to place my sons insulin in their staff fridge. The room looked beat up, and not very clean. Bathroom floor was sticky. Curtain was torn and ratty looking. Remote also didn't work. The outside fireplace area was a mess with chairs tipped over and a tarp with other outside items thrown. Nothing appealing or welcoming about this property. Except 2 staff members that i sadly did not get their names, they were pleasant & helpful! I wont stay at this particular hotel when I come to Ohio in the future.
