Noisy on the street even on weeknights. It’s the city so I mean kind of expected. This place was clean and stylish

I enjoyed the property and loved the room I booked, however front desk staff was under-informed about the perks of what VIP access means at this property and refused to offer the complimentary upgrade (it was available), late check out (“due to high occupancy” but my room level was still available for the following night), and food/bev credit was limited to certain hours at their onsite lounge. It’s a nice hotel but that service level means I’ll look elsewhere for my next stay.

Area surrounding infested with homeless, drunk, under influence people. You would want to limit time outside the hotel doors.
The hotel does not have a restaurant you would need to order delivery.
The parking and other fees are excessive.
Staff is friendly.
As we were leaving our car was blocked on the valet parking lane by a car not owned by a hotel guest and people behaved aggressively. Hotel staff neither control or enforce anything at the valet area.

I forgot his name but he was so kind. I love this hotel so much I stayed there one time and it will be my forever hotel to stay at from here on. The rooms are amazing, 5 star service.
