Nice place. Clean digs, friendly staff. Reasonable rates and excellent location. Great place to stay if you don’t have a car and are taking public transport.

Great location, very central. It's a city, know where to go and not to go. Staff will help you to navigate that.
Walked to hotel feom BART. Very easy and close

Area is sketchy. Homeless people and drug addicts everywhere. Fights breaking out across the street in the middle of the night. Hotel in itself is okay. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the gym has very limited equipment and no breafast is included. Coffee is offered in the morning but not good. The hotel restaurant is rather mediocre. Parking is available at $50 a night.

Nice hotel but would be nice if they had coffee maker in each room.

The hotel room was not clean and up to standards. The pictures on the website look way better than what the actual room is. Hotel location has close proximity to Union Square but the area around the hotel feels unsafe especially in the evenings and at night.

Hotel was ok. We got what we paid for . Vallet parking next to hotel was $60. The room was nice and big but it wasnt properly cleaned.
There are a couple beautiful hidden gems nearby - Italian restaurant Fino ( two blocks away ) and a wine store with the most knowledgeable manager ever (next to the hotel entrance).

Booth room are unusable. Toilet is in the corner where you cannot sit on it properly. Rooms too dark too narrow and area is infested with homeless people and makes it very unsafe. I will never stay in this hotel again
