Very small rooms, A/c was barely felt, even smaller restrooms, no shuttle service offered, front desk was not aware of their surroundings and did not know what to recommend.

This hotel is very well located, is near union square and the trolly. The area at night dies down and can be a little scary to walk alone.
The room was very clean and nice, but space is very limited if you book a double bed room. So keep that in mind for people traveling with big or multiple suitcases.

Be prepared for a $83 valet per day! Tiny bathroom, terrible shower!

Reasonable hotel for the price. Older building that is clean but without the charm of old classic hotels. Staff service was good. The area around the hotel needs to be cleaned up as there are many homeless folks walking around.
